Palate: Cacao nibs commences off the dried and an individual bittersweet tone from the palate.  I appreciate this top quality in more mature whiskies.  There’s unmistakable high-rye distillate notes of gingerbread, pine needle tea, black pepper flakes, cloves and cinnamon.  T
